Hot off the IBM developerWorks web press is “Flex 4 Features for Creating Software as a Service”. This article is especially useful for developers that want to know what is new in Flex 4 that is conducive to building RIA Software as a Service. The focus of the article is primarily visual elements associated with Flex 4 because my primary objective here was to show the relationship between User Experience Design and RIA Software as a Service applications.
